General Meeting September 21, 2010
The meeting was called to order at 7:30pm by President Arsene VanVooren with 80 members in attendance.
Arsene reported that the golf outing went well with 80 golfers on the course. He presented the plaque to the winners
and will try to get a shotgun start next year to speed things up.
Larry Mahieu announced that the B.A.A. band played at the St. Germaine festival and was well received by the people in
attendance.
Norm Kay reported that Leon Huyghe was in attendance and Ray DeBates had a triple bypass, Mel Ferdinande is going in
for a complete knee replacement and Gene Mulier is having knee surgery.
The Memorial Mass is set for October 3rd at 12:30pm at St. Gertrude’s with lunch to follow in the gymnasium.
The retirees will raise their dues in 2011 to $25.00, which is a $5.00 increase.
Our auditors, John Roelandt, reported that the books were audited for July and August and are in good shape which means
